Participating Author Tables
Participating author tables have been sold out since January; however, we had a few recent cancellations from authors who are unable to attend. We have only a few tables available and we are honoring the standard rate of $275.00. This is on a first-come, first-serve basis and is only available until the tables we have run out again.
Author tables are draped and include a table-top sign and two chairs. You will also receive an extra vendor badge for an assistant. In addition, all authors' names and links will be listed on the web site. Authors will be grouped according to genre for easy navigation through the Festival space for readers.
Here is the procedure to sign up for one of the remaining tables:

- Print the author/vendor agreement (last page of the packet). Fill out the agreement and fax to (281) 583-9534 or e-mail it to info@nationalblackbookfestival.com
- Make your payment of $275.00 via Paypal by clicking "Add to Cart" below
- If you prefer to make your credit card payment by phone, please call the NBBF headquarters toll-free at 1-800-340-5454. You may also place your credit card information on the agreement form and fax it to (281) 583-9534. The information is faxed to a private, secure location within NBBF headquarters.
- We are not accepting mailed in payments at this time, due to the limited number of tables and the time sensitivity.
